Who can join?
CTRF membership is open to transportation professionals, academics and students with an interest in shaping the future of sector research, policy, planning, operations, economics, or innovation. Our Members include:
- Carriers, shippers, and logistics professionals
- Consultants and transportation strategy experts
- Suppliers in the commercial sector
- Policy, regulatory, planning, and research environment leaders at all levels of government
- Professors, graduate students, and early-career professionals
Membership is based on the calendar year (January-December) and all memberships expire December 31st the year they are purchased. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Categories
- Individual – $210. For professionals working in transportation, logistics, planning, consulting, academia, and government.
- Young Professional (30 and under) – $150. For early-career professionals seeking to grow their network, access industry mentorship, and build research expertise.
- Senior (65+) – $150. For long-serving members and retired professionals who wish to stay connected.
- Full-Time Student – $50. For students pursuing transportation-related studies or research.
How to Register or Renew
- STEP 1: Add your preferred membership(s) to your cart
- STEP 2: Assign yourself or others
- STEP 3: Complete the Annual Membership Registration form for each Member registered. Membership will be activated once the form is submitted.
