Preliminary Program
- Sunday, May 24th: President's Reception, 6-8pm, The Loose Canon Pub
- Monday, May 25th: Morning Plenary theme "Spotlight on Atlantic Canada", paper presentations, CTRF Debate and Dinner at the Paul O'Regan Hall, Halifax Central Library
- Tuesday, May 26th: Morning Plenary theme "Canada's Major Projects", paper presentations, Technical Tours in the afternoon, and Annual Conference Dinner on the Harbour Queen Boat Cruise
- Wednesday, May 27th: Morning Plenary theme "Ports: Emerging Maritime Transportation Technologies and the future of Canada's supply chain resilience", paper presentations, closing Awards Luncheon at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, 12:30-2pm.

2026 Conference Pricing and Registration
Early bird discounts of $100 apply until March 15th, 2026. Prices will increase at that time.
Members
You must be a current year member to register for the conference at the member rate.
You will be asked to complete a Registration Form after purchasing a conference registration.
Companion attendees ($650) can be added on with a conference purchase, or later individually.
