Elizabeth Drake

Elizabeth Drake,  is an independent transport sector consultant, with 20 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure strategy, policy, financing and project management. Prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2024, she worked at CPCS, Transport Canada, and Cambridge Economic Policy Associates in the UK. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), holding a MSc. from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a MA in economics and international development from Queen’s University, Canada.
