Sarah Harlley
Sarah is a Registered Professional Planner and a Principal Consultant at CPCS. She has diverse experience working across the transport sector, having applied research, best practice analysis, needs-based assessments, policy analysis and cost-benefit analysis principles to advisory projects centred around both traditional infrastructure classes and emerging trends / technologies. In recent years, Sarah’s project work has focused on public transit and passenger rail projects in North America. Sarah holds a Master of Engineering in Cities Engineering and Management (Transportation Systems specialization) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning (Land Development specialization) from the University of Waterloo.
