Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Conference registration fees for presenting authors are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • For non-presenting delegates:
    • Conference registration fees for Members are refundable until March 31 of the Conference year, less a $75.00 administrative fee. After March 31, no refunds are allowed
    • Conference registration fees for Mon-members are refundable until March 31 less a $75.00 administrative fee plus the membership fee equivalent. After March 31, no refunds are allowed.
    • Delegate substitutions can be requested by contacting the CTRF Office at info@ctrf.ca. Conditions apply.
